Pyth Network’s price feed oracle comes to ZetaChain for Omnichain dApp builders

We are laser-focused on providing world-class tools for developers to build best-in-class Web3 applications and services. Our latest partnership is Pyth Network, the blockchain oracle that provides reliable, low-latency market data from institutional sources.
Given all of the demand from ZetaChain developers, we’re excited to welcome a major oracle partner to ZetaChain. This collaboration means developers building on the ZetaChain network enjoy access to Pyth’s extensive range of over 350 low-latency price feeds, covering equities, commodities, foreign exchange pairs, and cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Regular price trackers are great for retail traders, but they lack the speed and accuracy required by builders. Data such as Pyth Network is essential to operating any major financial product. This is particularly true in the Web3 space where the market never sleeps and trades happen 24 hours, seven days a week.
ZetaChain’s omnichain smart contract platform allows developers to deploy code once but access all blockchains, from EVM to Cosmos and even non-smart contract chains like Bitcoin and Dogecoin. That’s what makes ZetaChain the only blockchain you’ll ever need. Given the multichain nature of dApps on ZetaChain, developers are dependent on price oracles like Pyth to accurately price assets across the chains to which they’re connected.
We’re excited to see innovation that will emerge from ZetaChain, thanks to partners like Pyth. We’ve already seen innovative DeFi on our testnet, such as omnichain DEX Eddy Finance, but we’re sure this will unlock exciting new services and use cases never before seen in the Web3 industry.
